Help, I survived a digital attack!

I survived an attack on my digital freedom of expression! How much longer can I keep this up?

My zodiac sign really has it all: Taurus! As we all know, it likes to go “headfirst through a wall”. A way of getting around that can definitely lead to headaches.

At the moment, however, several parts of my body hurt. Could it be because of the “bullets” that were fired at me? In any case, the attacker was a, from his point of view “well-behaved” citizen who reported my comment. (see below)

“Average German” keeps emphasizing again and again that we live in a free country and that freedom of expression is upheld. And since the Basic Law states that there is no censorship, then that must be the case.

As the saying goes, “a person’s will is their kingdom of heaven”. But by now I am wondering whether we are here in the “kingdom of heaven” or have arrived a few “floors lower”. If this is the “best Germany of all time” , then cheers. Or since April 1, perhaps rather “happy smoking” (after all, we are now allowed to “get high and make the world look nicer”).

Who is asking the questions:

  • What are you still allowed to say?
  • How are you allowed to say it?
  • Where are you allowed to say it?
  • What are the consequences if you do not follow the “rules”?
  • And….. who even cares?

That is what this blog post is about.

No justification, no information about the reporter—simply declaring it a blanket “false report” is enough!

In a LinkedIn post by a Green politician, the topic was shutting down the evil coal-fired power plants in line with the CO2 agenda.

This is not the first piece of documentation, the first document, that substantiates my statement. Does anyone even care?

The perpetrator: an unknown block warden!

We are in the year 1940. No, I did not get the year wrong. Because in 1940 the block leaders, also called block wardens, were introduced to monitor fellow citizens*outside and report any “irregularities”.

And yet this year has 2 interesting “characteristics” :

  1. There is war – similar to here. Whether it is an information war against your own population or a war with Russia. Everyone should interpret that as they see fit.
  2. There is a quite “comparable political climate” in the world, which leads to laws being passed to restrict freedom of expression and tie it to corresponding consequences.

Anyone who does not hold the “generally accepted opinion” is effectively portrayed by the authorities as an enemy of the one and only truth.
Discussions, counterarguments, etc. are not desired—or by now not permitted.

The “Digital Services Act” or the “Democracy Promotion Act” serve one purpose only: to suppress inconvenient opinions. Even if it is in a comment like mine. After all, LI® also belongs to MS®, making it one of the particularly zealous “guardians”.

What is particularly annoying is that there is no way to identify the self-appointed do-gooder, the block warden. He, she, it prefers to stay in the background and keeps reporting diligently. Who knows, maybe there will soon be a “Federal UN Cross of Merit” from Mr. Steinmeier for it.

Only in this way can one, from their point of view, ensure the preservation of the “best Germany of all time”.

By the way, I had already written a blog post about the “digital opinion dictatorship”. You can find it here via the link.

The unknown block warden is the real coward!

My consequences: NONE—or are there?

It is quite remarkable that my last blog post dealt with the “digital enemy”.

You can find the blog post here via the link.

Because I am truly not the only one who has had to experience such denunciations and the associated reports. For me, however, this is my “first time”.

Most people would now set their profile to “private”, delete their last name, or do something else. But that is not an option for me.
Because it would validate the “enemies”. I do not want to give these depraved individuals that satisfaction.

What is “allowed” and what is not is now determined by the WHO, the UN and other institutions that we did not elect. The EU Parliament as well, by the way. Because the “elected” members there are not even allowed to propose laws; only the Commission may do that. Then comes the financially steered “voting cattle” and, ideally, simply says YES. That has little to do with an actual “understanding of democracy”.

Is it any wonder, then, that the result is laws or “directives” that only protect those who benefit most from them. And guess who that is NOT. US!

You can read what this looks like in my case here in the LinkedIn guidelines. (please also read the links)

I did not use this cover image. According to LinkedIn, probably too “bloodthirsty”.

Human stupidity triumphs over artificial intelligence

It is quite striking that block wardens are needed to block a comment. It is probably less because AI would not be able to analyze something similar. Rather, people are deliberately included in the process.

That makes taking a position on the “question of guilt” much easier. Because when a person raises an “accusation”, it is very different than when the so-called “artificial intelligence” does it.

In doing so, the ego-driven block wardens do not even realize that they are merely being exploited and used.

Ultimately, the “do-gooders” are sawing off the branch they are sitting on. Because the time will come when the saying will prove true: “people love betrayal, but not the traitor”.

For the “report”, “compliant” block wardens*outside are preferred over AI.

An appeal that is not an appeal!

If you are put on “trial” at LinkedIn, the question arises as to how far you can actually defend yourself there.

Yes, you can file a so-called “appeal” . But how? You can see that in the image below.
You can only tick 3 boxes. There is no way to ask questions, provide a written statement, or otherwise enter into communication.

For example, I cannot explain WHY I believe my statement is completely fine or was made within the scope of freedom of expression (which apparently has not existed for a long time).

Many appeal options do not exist at all. Real communication not desired?

A “reversal” that is not one!

You have to give the truth guardians one thing: the appeal was processed quickly. However, with a very strange response.

“The restriction has been lifted”, yet only 1st-degree connections can see the comment. So the restriction was lifted without being lifted. I do not understand the logic.

Much more important, however, is the warning “Reminder of guidelines: If you repeatedly create content that violates our community guidelines, this may result in your LinkedIn account being restricted.”

Aha, so that is how it works. Intimidation as an apparently adequate means of suppression.

In any case, you should fight back. Because anyone who simply accepts everything has already given up.
Another appeal with justification is, of course, no longer desired. Entirely in line with the motto “Eat it, or die”.

After all, it only serves the “safety” of immature readers. Yes, exactly—thinking is done for you because you can no longer do it yourselves.

Entirely in line with the motto “Talk to me, but only tell me what I want to hear”

“Where they burn books, they will ultimately burn people as well. ” (Erich Kästner)

Who still remembers this wise saying, which unfortunately came true?

Nowadays, online articles, blog posts, or comments are the new “books” (see book burning) and they are not burned, but deleted, censored, and suppressed (digitally hidden). All in the name of the “truth”. Back then it was called “Action against the un-German spirit”!

On the “suppression of digital information” you will find the relevant blog post by me here via the link.

When block wardens act as helpers for those who believe they must protect humanity from “false ideas” , then they should look into the past and then into the mirror. Because then they will see an ugly and dangerous face—more than ugly, in fact. Whether it is recognized as such is a completely different story.

I could say “nip it in the bud”, but unfortunately I have to realize that we are already “right in the middle of it” instead of merely on the verge.

We are back at this point again. Just all “digital”!
Here is a fitting quote from Franklin D. Roosevelt

Conclusion: “Every free-thinking person who freely formulates their own opinion is at risk”.
