Impartial Consulting with a Money-Back Guarantee: Only here!

Only trust a consultant who also has something to lose if they mislead you because they personally benefit from the outcome.

As the saying goes? “put your money where our mouth is”. A good idea, isn’t it?
Unfortunately, hardly any consultant does this. Many always speak of their impartiality, but ultimately benefit more when provider A, and not B or C, wins the tender.
It is extremely important that the consultant is completely indifferent to who ultimately wins the tender. It simply has to be the best solution and the best provider for that specific project.
Therefore, one should always ask whether the consultant is truly 100% impartial or if they benefit from the individual outcome.
How can you tell if a consultant is truly impartial?
  • Their clients demonstrably purchase from a wide variety of providers (software or services).
  • Even for the same solutions, different implementation partners were chosen.
  • They know many providers and can also issue tenders to providers they have never heard of before.
  • They have data and information on as many, ideally all, providers as possible.
  • They can also include new providers in the tender whom they did not previously know.
  • All providers must be treated equally if one of them is awarded the contract.
  • They have no individual partner agreements with the providers.
  • They have not worked for any of the providers until recently.
  • They do not also offer the implementation, including adaptation of the solution, as part of the project.
  • They offer an impartiality guarantee, which, if violated, leads to financial disadvantages for them (money-back guarantee).
  • Impartiality is precisely described in the contract or the General Terms and Conditions.

The temptation is great, or: What’s in it as a “bonus” for a “non-impartial” consultant?

Someone who is not impartial can certainly earn well from a contract. Referral commissions start at 3% and, depending on the type, can go up to 20% or even 30% for software, for example. In such cases, some consultants become weak and only see the euro signs, no longer the customer’s added value.

Always be the first to receive the latest news, interviews, and expert articles?

Why can we offer impartiality with a money-back guarantee?

It’s simple. By using the IT-Matchmaker platform, we currently (as of 09-2023) have access to > 1,800 providers and solutions for our tenders. For example, there are > 100 different TMS Transport Management Systems alone. In other areas, the number of providers is much, much higher.

This broad base, often supplemented by new providers within the framework of an individual tender, allows us to analyze an extremely wide range of providers with our clients.

The methodology of tendering via the IT-Matchmaker platform of Trovarit AG and the agreements with all listed providers ensure that we are truly indifferent to who ultimately gets the contract.

Based on these agreements, we can commit to a binding guarantee, which is enshrined in our General Terms and Conditions.

A clear conscience regarding impartiality is a good thing.

Conclusion:

Anyone seeking impartial advice needs a consultant with extensive know-how, access to a broad provider market, and corresponding contractual obligations.

We offer exactly that! We would be happy to inform you in a personal and free initial consultation. Simply request an appointment here via the link.

Broken promises of impartiality must hurt, preferably financially!
