So here we go. I&#8217;ll start searching and analyzing.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>My options and some thoughts on them:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One or more tiny houses<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tiny houses. 1 work and 1 residential tiny house. <\/li>\n<li>Separation of work and living<\/li>\n<li>Affordable (max. \u20ac150,000 combined without land)<\/li>\n<li>Transportable<\/li>\n<li>Large garden for growing your own produce<\/li>\n<li>but&#8230;. we can&#8217;t find a location and&#8230;.. due to the wood construction it&#8217;s getting more and more expensive!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_center\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Sabines-Wellnesslodge-Gelaende.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Sabines-Wellnesslodge-Gelaende.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Sabines-Wellnesslodge-Gelaende-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Here, in a friend&#8217;s vacation home, in<a href=\"https:\/\/sabineswellnesslodge.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> &#8220;Sabine&#8217;s Wellness Lodge&#8221;<\/a> the foundation for the decision was made.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li><strong>A cottage in the woods<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Somewhere e.g. on the Czech border or in the new federal states<\/li>\n<li>possibly in need of some renovation<\/li>\n<li>with the largest possible plot of land<\/li>\n<li>ideally with its own well<\/li>\n<li>Costs in Germany min. \u20ac250,000 <\/li>\n<li>but &#8230; nothing to be found and you&#8217;re tied to the house again<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>An apartment and an allotment garden<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Living\/working and leisure separated<\/li>\n<li>Reduction of rooms\/sqm<\/li>\n<li>Fruit and vegetables from your own garden<\/li>\n<li>but &#8230; infinitely long waiting times and &#8230; the German club mentality and you&#8217;re tied to the apartment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Move abroad and purchase a small cottage or apartment, preferably in the warm south<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquaintances in many countries could help<\/li>\n<li>On-site client appointments only possible with flights or long journeys<\/li>\n<li>Car still necessary. Hotel also required for client appointments. <\/li>\n<li>but &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>A motorhome<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>You become a permanent camper<\/li>\n<li>Loss of comfort with simultaneous gain in nature<\/li>\n<li>Own &#8220;garden&#8221; at the pitch<\/li>\n<li>Car still necessary. But no hotel stays required for client appointments anymore. Hotel allowance then also finances the motorhome  <\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Escape&#8221; to another country easily possible if things no longer suit you here<\/li>\n<li>but&#8230;. can you even get a motorhome with the current delivery problems and a radical sale of all items for which there&#8217;s no more space <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_center\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"461\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/photo_2022-09-25_18-12-49-1024x461.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/photo_2022-09-25_18-12-49-1024x461.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/photo_2022-09-25_18-12-49-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.der-digitalisierungsberater.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/photo_2022-09-25_18-12-49.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Finding the right path. Perhaps it works best in the forest.
